KAZAKOS Real Estate and the companies cooperating with it that make up the network of external partners will henceforth be referred to as "External Partners", will comply with the legislation related to the Protection of Personal Data. Processor: The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

3. Basic principles regarding the Processing of Personal Data

KAZAKOS Real Estate as data controller strictly adheres to the data protection principles set out in Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

KAZAKOS Real Estate processes personal data legally, objectively and transparently towards the subjects of the data.

3.2. Purpose Limitation

3.3. Data minimization

KAZAKOS Real Estate maintains the accurate personal data of the subjects and ensures that their compliance is limited to what is necessary in relation to the processing purposes. At the same time, it applies the appropriate technical measures in order to achieve the above objectives.

When the collection of personal data has as a legal basis the consent of the data subject, KAZAKOS Real Estate is responsible for ensuring that the data subjects give their consent freely, with a positive action, expressly and having acquired knowledge of the content of the text in which are consented to. 5. Response to Personal Data Breach Incidents
