• Violate in any way the privacy and individual and social rights of other users/visitors/subscribers (such as collecting and/or storing personal data of other users/visitors/subscribers).

The user/visitor/subscriber of the "website" understands and accepts that the "website" does not pre-screen the content, but that the "website" and its authorized operators reserve the right (but not the obligation), in their sole discretion the right to refuse to post, publish, register, move or delete any content available through the services of the "website". Users can create an account on the website as sellers, buyers, owners or renters.

Terms of use applicable to Buyers / Renters / Owners
By creating a buyer / tenant / owner account on our website, a contractual relationship is created between Kazakos Real Estate (Theodoros Kazakos) and the user who registers as a buyer or tenant or owner. The Buyer/Tenant/Owner wishes to buy/rent/sell real estate and Kazakos Real Estate provides brokerage services. The type of real estate you are looking for or listing is defined by the Buyer/Tenant/Owner through the use of Kazakos Real Estate's website and services. All properties posted on Kazakos Real Estate's platform are deemed to be properties indicated to the Buyer/Lessee by Kazakos Real Estate and will be referred to hereafter as "Kazakos Real Estate Properties".

Rights and obligations of Buyers and tenants to Kazakos Real Estate
If the Buyer or Tenant enters into a purchase or lease agreement for a Property from Kazakos Real Estate, the Buyer-Lessee agrees to pay the agreed fee to Kazakos Real Estate for its mediation in the purchase or lease agreement. The terms and fee are set out in the relevant Buyer/Lessee Mandate document. Kazakos Real Estate reserves the right to adjust this fee. The Buyer is obliged to keep all information obtained under this brokerage agreement confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. If the Buyer breaches this confidentiality obligation and the third party notified by the Buyer subsequently purchases a property for which information was provided by Kazakos Real Estate, the Buyer/Lessee shall owe payment to Kazakos Real Estate as if had made the purchase himself.

Liability limitation
The "website" bears no responsibility for:

• Malfunctions related to the user's software or for errors and unavailability of the Internet or for any other case beyond its reasonable control and competence.
• Loss of account password or username or from damage, short circuit, error or power loss, which in any case is caused by or to the user's/visitor's/subscriber's computer system.
• Consequences that may arise from or in connection with the use or attempt to use automatic programs to gain illegal access to its system.
• Any loss or damage due to a virus or other technologically harmful material that may affect the electronic equipment, computer programs, data or other material belonging to the user/visitor/subscriber, due to the use of the "website" or downloading its content or the content of any other website linked to it.
